Wild mushrooms hunting and foraging tours in the mountains

During the rainy season, Simbiosis The Mushroom Boutique organizes wild mushroom foraging tours in the majestic forests of Guanajuato, in the fascinating Kingdom of Mushrooms.


1 day trip to the Sierra De Guanajuato (1 hrs, 45 mins away from SMA)
with Arif and chefs. A full day of fun, learning, walking and foraging, then preparing a delicious cuisine prepared from the forest.


Thanks to our collaboration with local communities, we promote responsible harvesting practices that allow for ecosystem preservation while supporting the people who protect these forests.

Moreover, this experience transforms into a gastronomic celebration, where the harvested mushrooms are used in specially designed menus created by some of the region’s most renowned chefs.
