Policy
- The check in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check out at 12:00 hrs.
- Rates are confirmed for single or double occupancy, plus taxes (16% VAT, 2% ISH and 10% Service), payment currency, Mexican pesos.
- There is an extra charge of $ 1850 taxes NOT included, per additional person or children.
- The placement of extra beds is subject to availability and maximum capacities for each type of room.
- We do not have smoking rooms. If smoke is detected in the room, a charge of $ 5,000.00 (plus taxes) will be made for deep cleaning. However, smoking is allowed in the open areas of the patio and terrace.
- Pets of any kind are not allowed to enter our facilities
Reservation and cancellation policies
- 15 days prior to arrival, a hold of credit for the total of the reservation on the credit card. Once we are within the 15 days prior your arrival the reservation is no longer cancelable, if there is a no show, we will charge the total amount of your reservation.
